Led finance for the first-ever seed-to-CPG company. Built the company model, cleaned up the historical financials, implemented a new ERP, shaped the initial DTC strategy and supported a $40M raise.

Co-founded a finance, supply chain and operations consultancy serving 100+ consumer brands, from pre-revenue startups to the Fortune 100. Fractional COO/CFO support, operational audits and market research.

Ran accounting, FP&A, supply chain and business operations. Rebuilt accounting in-house, scaled logistics from 2M to 10M+ units a year, and launched the first liquidation program ($3M in year one).

Built the finance function from scratch through triple-digit month-over-month growth as a member of the leadership team. Stood up accounting, AP, FP&A and treasury and the first audit-ready close; transitioned to PayPal after the acquisition.

Audit and attestation for financial services companies and investment funds. Prepared GAAP financial statements and led internal technology initiatives.
