Led the 3PL search during a hypergrowth phase. Helped identify the right partner, negotiate the fulfillment contract and support the transition strategy.
Built an order routing model that identified the optimal fulfillment location and shipping service. It was later acquired as a standalone product.
Partnered with Shippo's product team to understand how merchants run fulfillment and shipping, and how brands use data. It fed into their product roadmap.
Partnered with the Co-Founder to develop an early customer support strategy, and helped build a fractional team to execute.
Served as fractional ops through a hypergrowth stage. Helped rebuild the fulfillment network and build the financial case for in-house fulfillment.
